Peach Bellini
This is one of my ultimate favorite drinks as I have a close relationship with champagne :) ...and no I am NOT a boozer!
Mix together:
6oz Pink Champagne
1oz Peach Schnapps
1oz Peach juice
Shake in a martini shaker with ice, and serve in a flute! Viola!
